Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their personal data at any time.
Option 1: In-App deletion
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to support@klioso.app with:
- the email associated with your account
- subject: “Data Deletion Request”
Processing time
We delete personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate purposes.
What is deleted
- account information
- business/profile data
- booking data and client data
- messages and notes
What may be retained
Limited transaction references and records required for legal/accounting reasons (e.g., identifiers, purchase status).
