Terms of Use

Klioso — Operated by an individual in Ukraine. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Klioso (“App”, “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Klioso provides scheduling, booking (including booking pages), and related tools for service professionals and their clients. The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and any payment-related features.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it. You can delete your account in the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
4. Messaging and client consent
If you enable client notifications (e.g., SMS or WhatsApp reminders), you are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your clients to receive such messages.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
A) iOS purchases (Apple In-App Purchase)
If you buy a subscription inside the iOS app, payment is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Apple’s terms and billing rules apply.
B) Web/PWA purchases (Paddle)
If you buy on our website or PWA, payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear on your bank statement and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes where required.
We do not store full payment card details.
6. Refunds
Refunds for web/PWA purchases are handled according to our Refund Policy. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Klioso a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the Service for abusive activity.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klioso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
